Elizabeth is a certified Performance Technologist (CPT) by the International Society for Performance Improvement. She has a facilitative approach to training that encourages use of practical skills and tools for real life application. Elizabeth has focused on assisting many large organisations to enhance their profitability through focusing on human performance improvement in line with their business goals. She believes in an approach that confers on organisations a higher level of achievement, motivation and performance directly in line with their business needs and objectives.
She is also well known for her skills in improving performance in the areas of Leadership, Sales and Sales Management, Team Effectiveness, Customer Service and Relationship Management, Culture and Diversity Management. Elizabeth has experience of delivering programmes in sales, leadership, management and personal development. She qualified to run TACK’s own behavioural profiling tool – Interpersonal Styles.

Training the Trainer in Diversity and Cultural Communications at SHELL in The Hague. As a consultant with TACK, Nigeria, she has been Involved in designing and implementing training programmes for the past 20 years.
Elizabeth worked with Shell to improve internal Customer Service Satisfaction in the company. She is currently working with ExxonMobil to implement some of its programmes in Africa and the Middle East.
