The concept of innovation has become topical in navigating the ever-increasing competitive business landscape. The Design Thinking and Product Innovation course is aimed at helping organizations build the capacity to innovate through a design thinking spectrum. With an equipped problem-solving and creative mindset, participants will critically analyse its organization’s existing challenges and creatively develop viable innovative products and services to meet stakeholders needs.
