Currently, Joseph Ogbeni is the Head of Operations at MacTay — leading HR outsourcing and training consultancy in Nigeria.
In the last five years, Joseph has led a team of HR professionals in delivering excellence in employee management services to clients in various industries such as Telecommunications, Banking and Financial Institutions, FMCG and Oil and Gas.
