In partnership with Greening Youth Foundation Africa, we have delivered multiple cohorts of the Solar Technician Training Program since 2022. MacTay's Women in Technology (WIT) initiative was designed specifically to open up green tech opportunities for women, a group often underrepresented in technical fields.
