The 58th International Conference and Exhibition of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) was held from 21 to 24 September 2026 at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference and Exhibition Centre, Abuja, under the theme “Repositioning for Value and Impact.”
The annual conference brought together HR professionals, business leaders, policymakers, academics, consultants and other stakeholders for conversations around the evolving workplace, people management, leadership and organisational growth. The event featured keynote sessions, panel discussions, learning sessions, networking opportunities and an exhibition showcasing organisations and solutions serving the HR and business community.
MacTay participated as an exhibitor, with our team engaging delegates and professionals at Booth 16 throughout the conference. The event provided an opportunity for us to connect with industry professionals, share more about our work and have meaningful conversations around the people and workplace priorities shaping organisations.
